| What payment options do I have? |
You may subscribe to the site by paying on an annual, semi-annual or quarterly basis.
There is also a monthly payment plan available sole practitioners/ individuals users. However to utilize our pre-authorised monthly cheque subscription payment method, kindly submit your request for the PRE-AUTHORIZED CHEQUE AGREEMENT ORDER FORM. Submit your request to info@pcamonline.com

| Can I pay for my subscription using a credit card? |

| What are the acceptable payment methods? |
You may submit payment via Certified Manager’s Cheque, Postal Order, Company’s Cheque, Cash.

| May I share my user I.D. with a friend or colleague? |
No. This contravenes the Terms and Conditions of Use. Please review.

What happens if I someone else uses my confidential password without my knowledge? |
Your password should be kept in a safe and confidential place. However, we have set up systems to know when you are using your password. This is to protect both you and PcaM Ltd. Should there be a breach of security, your password will be deactivated and you will be asked to contact our Customer Service Department. Kindly review our Terms and Conditions of Use.

If I have information on a case that is not reported on the site, will you accept them and post them? |
Yes!! We at PcaM Ltd welcome your contributions to our site. Contact us via email at info@pcamonline.com and we will submit the relevant forms to be completed. Return the form along with a copy of the medical report and written judgment to our office. The case will be examined, edited and posted to our site with a special acknowledgement of your contribution.

Does PCAMONLINE intend to report on cases apart from Personal Injury Claims? |
Yes. We are currently compiling other Civil Cases such as Breach of Contract, Libel and Slander, Nuisance, Family and Commercial. We are also extending our cases and materials to include Criminal Law.

Does PCAMONLINE intend to report on cases from other Jurisdictions? |
Yes. We are currently negotiating with other companies and individuals to ensure that you will be adequately informed about cases and materials from other Commonwealth jurisdictions. |
