  • Please PRINT ON LEGAL SIZED PAPER the attached subscription form and Licence Agreement.
  • Get the forms here!
  • Complete and   return to The Manager, PCAMONLINE, 44 Duke Street, Kingston, Jamaica.
  • N.B. if you have a network system you must state the number of concurrent users required. (Anyone within the same organization can access a database until the concurrent user limit is reached).
  • Complete your details and confirm your payment option.
  • You may pay your fee on an ANNUAL, SEMIANNUAL OR QUARTERLY BASIS

Subscription Fee

FOR INDIVIDUALS/ SINGLE USERS:
Monthly Access Fee: US$100.00 plus 15% GCT
One Time Registration Fee: US$ 300.00

FOR COMPANIES/ FIRMS/ NETWORK USERS
 Annual Unlimited Access Fee US$4,000.00 plus 15% GCT
One Time Registration Fee: US$300.00

  • Please note that the licence agreement (a separate document) must also be signed and returned before your order can be processed.

What happens next?

         PCAMONLINE SUBSCRIBERS
  • Once we have received your signed Order Form and Licence Agreement, we will submit our invoice for your payment.
  • Upon receipt of the foregoing you will receive an email from us containing your account details and the ID and Password that will enable you to access the service.
  • Please ensure that the email address submitted to us is confidential, as you will be directly responsible for keeping your password secure. Please note the terms and conditions of use. 
  • You will also receive a PCAMUSER HANDBOOK by post.
